CONGRATULATIONS TO HALEY HAGGERTY AND KRISTI FLANIGAN
20 year old Sporty strutted his stuff under the expert guidance of Haley
to accomplish the impossible in a field of 6 incredible horses. Competing in the A-rated Western New York Morgan Horse Show
they became Jr. Ex Classic Pleasure Champions. What a wonderful achievement! Also
competing at this show were Kristi Flanigan and Manistee Moon Shadow. Kristi received respectable 3rd places in the Western
Walk/ Jog division. These two very accomplished riders also had the opportunity to compete
in the Youth Contest, which included a ridden pattern, judged class, delivered speech, and written test. Haley was rewarded
as Youth of the year champion followed by Kristi who took reserve. WNY Morgan was an incredible
experience for our team. Many great horses and riders, demonstrations, even parties! Hopefully more of our riders will have
the opportunity to participate in the following years.
